HIE Onboarding – Colorado

These resources are to assist organizations that recently signed contracts to join the Contexture health information exchange in Colorado.

Note: Our organization was formerly named the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization or CORHIO.

General Onboarding

The following resources include required training and forms applicable to all new Colorado HIE participants, regardless of product.

PatientCare360 Training Video

All Colorado HIE participants must complete this required training, an introduction to the basic features of the HIE and how to navigate PatientCare360, the Colorado HIE portal. This required training consists of watching a brief video. Your designated HIE account manager will be notified when you begin this training.

Procedures Attestation

We require all of our participants to incorporate HIE use into their standard practice Policies and Procedures as agreed to in the Participant Agreement. Please complete this form to attest you’ve completed these activities.

You’ll also be emailed invitations to eLearning modules from Trakstar Learn – you can watch these when you have time, but they aren’t required.
