Contexture is a nonprofit organization that provides strategic, technical and administrative support to communities committed to advancing health through information sharing. As the leading health information exchange for Arizona and Colorado, Contexture is the largest health information organization in the western region.

Both of Contexture’s health information exchanges have achieved the HITRUST CSF Certified status. This demonstrates that both organizations’ information systems and technical processes met key regulations and industry-defined requirements and are appropriately managing risk to prevent security breaches.
HISP
We offer Health Information Service Provider (HISP) services, which allows Direct messages to be securely transported from one provider to another provider. We have the capability to integrate our HISP services with most EHRs.
