Meet the Quality Improvement Team
Our Quality Improvement team consists of highly qualified professionals with expertise in electronic health record (EHR) system selection and adoption, advanced payment models, practice transformation, technical assistance, data quality, clinical quality reporting and coding for improved reimbursements. The team provides customizable services to physician offices, medical clinics and small hospitals, with the goal of helping providers thrive through all the changes happening in healthcare.
Megan Reilly
Director of Quality and Payment Programs
Megan Reilly
Megan has 11 years of experience in healthcare and an extensive background in practice management and workflow process improvement. Previously, she was a HIPAA compliance officer and managed the quality improvement projects at a pediatric practice, where she assisted the practice in reaching Meaningful Use in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program as well as NCQA PCMH recognition.
In her role at Contexture, Megan has supported practices in the State Innovation Model as a practice facilitator and clinical health IT adviser. She currently supports practices in the Innovation Support Project as a practice facilitator, the eCQM Solution as a technical adviser and assists in implementing PatientCare 360 in correctional facilities.
When asked what motivates her to come to work every day, Megan says, “I’m motivated to help our community partners succeed at providing the best care possible though healthcare quality improvement, thus making a difference in the lives of people by improving their health.”Israel Ortiz
Manager, Quality and Payment Programs
Israel Ortiz
Israel joined Contexture with more than 13 years of experience in multiple healthcare settings, and 8 years in project management. Israel has extensive knowledge of various value-based programs at state and federal levels, as well as Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation and recognition programs.
Previously, Israel worked for a Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where he served in different levels and positions and honed his quality improvement skills. Subsequently, he worked for a Practice Transformation Organization (PTO), where he managed multiple quality improvement programs, including a multimillion-dollar federal advanced primary care program that covered the Colorado and Nebraska states.
At Contexture, Israel leads a talented quality improvement team and manages components of value-based programs including the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment (AHCCCS) Differential Adjusted Payment (DAP) and Colorado’s Hospital Transformation Program (HTP). These programs actively guide primary care practices and hospitals to transform, adapt and sustain models to improve the services provided to their populations.
Israel is a bilingual (English and Spanish) and cross-cultural professional. He enjoys supporting practices and creating sustainable systems to face the current challenges and changes in the healthcare environment more effectively, as well as managing projects, strategic planning, workflow development, and using data to inform and drive quality improvement.Jolene Reini

Jolene Reini
Jolene Reini joined our organization with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and an extensive background in practice management.
She currently supports practices participating in the Innovation Support Project as a practice facilitator. She also supports practices in quality improvement, electronic health record utilization and creation of workflows to standardize care, support practice quality measures and provide optimal patient care. She provides practice facilitation for alcohol use disorder and medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. As a certified risk adjustment coder, she conducts chart audits and provides training and feedback to practices to optimize risk adjustment coding.
When asked about working in healthcare, Jolene says, “I love being able to come to work and support practices in developing workflows and follow best practice guidelines to provide the best care for their patient population. Healthcare is always changing and, as such, medical professionals need to grow and change with it to provide the best patient care.”Larisa Krueger

Larisa Krueger
Larisa joined Contexture with a recent Master of Science in healthcare delivery from Arizona State University. She focused her degree and Capstone in quality improvement and process engineering with Barrow Neurological Institute, where she exercised her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. During her schooling, she taught seven semesters of microbiology labs at the university level. She gained clinical and research experience as a Surgical Undergraduate Research Fluency Intern. She developed measurement tools for appropriate burn patient admission and gained immense shadowing experience in the operating rooms at Valleywise Medical Center.
When asked what she loves about her work, Larisa says, “I’ve found a love for bringing together the fundamentals of triple aim and quadruple aim to implement quality improvements that lead to better outcomes. Utilizing my clinical experience with both patients and providers has given insight to the gaps in care and how the changes being made affect all parties involved.”Natasha McClain

Natasha McClain
Natasha is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong foundation. As a US Navy Hospital Corpsman, Natasha served our nation with distinction for ten years, gaining invaluable experience in providing medical care and support to service members.
Upon transitioning to civilian life, Natasha continued their passion for healthcare into a civilian career, specializing in Population Health. Over the course of 15 years, they have honed their expertise in developing and implementing strategies to improve the health and well-being of communities and patient populations.Kyle McDonald

Kyle McDonald
Kyle McDonald joined Contexture with over five years of experience in healthcare primarily spent providing technical support in pediatric primary care. In his prior role, he assisted physicians in EHR workflow optimization and patient encounter note documentation.
He currently supports practices participating in the AHCCCS Differential Adjusted Payment (DAP) program helping participants achieve quality measure milestones and improve quality of care. He also provides assistance for the Clinical Quality Measure (eCQM) program with the Colorado Medicaid Alternative Payment Model (APM).
When asked what he loves about his work, Kyle says, "I am passionate about the systemic improvement of healthcare quality, which is essential to improving health outcomes and thus the lives of patients in the community. I love being able to support practices with this common goal of improving quality of care by helping them understand their quality improvement measure data in the ever-changing, dynamic healthcare space."Terrey Parduhn

Terrey Parduhn
As a quality improvement adviser for Contexture, Terrey uses her expertise in data validation and reporting to assist the practices she works with as a clinical health technical adviser. Terrey's expertise is utilized in federally funded programs helping primary care practices integrate mental health for their patient populations. Working with both primary care and specialty care practices, she’s a trusted adviser on utilization of electronic health records, quality improvements and reporting, workflow and new payment models, including the Quality Payment Program. Terrey has also worked as a senior health information solution coordinator for Telligen. During her time with Contexture, Terrey has assisted practices in reaching their data reporting goals.

Cassi Piserchio
Cassi Piserchio joined Contexture with over 6 years of experience in healthcare, primarily spent as a Medical Assistant in the pediatric primary care setting. She has experience in implementing quality measures and improving workflow processes in a clinical setting.
When asked what she loves about her work, Cassi says, “I have always loved my clinical roles in healthcare and am now excited to assist providers in achieving quality improvement from a data perspective. I have a passion for workflow creation and optimization, which helps providers meet quality improvement milestones and results in improved patient care and health outcomes.”Jenny Rementer

Jenny Rementer
Jenny Rementer joined Contexture in 2021 and has extensive experience providing technical assistance and direction to healthcare practices in quality improvement.
In her prior role, Jenny was a practice facilitator and project manager at the University of Colorado. She focused on the planning and implementation of quality improvement and practice redesign for a diabetes group visit model, implementing the study protocol, tracking intervention fidelity and coordinating practice level data collection. Jenny also spent six years working with Colorado Access, first as a care manager, then as a senior research coordinator.
Jenny currently supports practices in the Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) Alternative Payment Model for Primary Care program to improve their quality measures and reporting. She also assists practices with EHR data validation and workflows, including clinical quality measures, registry reports and Meaningful Use/MIPS reports.

Brandi Ryan-Cabot
Brandi Ryan-Cabot joined Contexture with 15 years of experience in electronic healthcare administration and over 25 years of experience with leading specialty project initiatives in the insurance, finance and nonprofit behavioral health industries.
Brandi supports practices in the Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) Alternative Payment Model to improve quality measures and reporting. Brandi also supports practices in the Innovation Support Project and provides practice facilitation for alcohol use disorder.
When asked what she loves about her work, Brandi says, "For me, every role I have is about the customer experience. By helping our direct customers, the practices and their patients receive better care, which leads to better health outcomes, less stress and, ultimately, better lives for the individual served and their families."
