Jenny Rementer joined Contexture in 2021 and has extensive experience providing technical assistance and direction to healthcare practices in quality improvement.

In her prior role, Jenny was a practice facilitator and project manager at the University of Colorado. She focused on the planning and implementation of quality improvement and practice redesign for a diabetes group visit model, implementing the study protocol, tracking intervention fidelity and coordinating practice level data collection. Jenny also spent six years working with Colorado Access, first as a care manager, then as a senior research coordinator.

Jenny currently supports practices in the Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) Alternative Payment Model for Primary Care program to improve their quality measures and reporting. She also assists practices with EHR data validation and workflows, including clinical quality measures, registry reports and Meaningful Use/MIPS reports.

“I enjoy working with healthcare practices and developing key relationships with various stakeholders,” she says. “Using my clinical background, I enjoy working with practices on the data or quality improvement side while we troubleshoot or improve processes.”
