    Historical Data Update – CORHIO Colorado Front Range

    Historical CORHIO data from January 1, 2020 to present is now available in the new PatientCare 360 Portal. Exception: please note that historical data from UCHealth and Quest are still processing; historical data from UCHealth is currently available from 1/1/2024 and Quest from 1/1/2023 onward.

    The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all historical data has been fully migrated to the new HIE platform. We will provide advance notice via email to all active legacy CORHIO users prior to the retirement of the legacy platform.

    Firefox Data Display Issue

    We’ve identified an issue affecting users on Firefox where some data may not display as expected in the portal. When using the default one-year search range, results may appear incomplete or missing.

    As a workaround, you can switch the search range to “All,” which appears to resolve the issue, or use another browser such as Chrome or Edge.

    This issue will be fixed in our next software update, which will be released in June 2026.

    Historical Data Update – CORHIO Colorado Front Range

    New data from contributing organizations is flowing into the new Contexture HIE platform and is fully accessible through the new Portal.

    Historical CORHIO data from January 1, 2022 to present is now available in the new PatientCare 360 Portal. Exception: please note that data from UCHealth is currently available from January 1, 2024 onward.

    As planned, historical CORHIO data dating back to January 1, 2020 will be added once data backload processing is complete. The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all historical data has been fully migrated to the new HIE platform.

    We will provide advance notice via email to all active legacy CORHIO users prior to the retirement of the legacy platform.

Legacy HIE System Access

The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all remaining historical data has been fully processed and made available in the new platform. However, please note that this system will not contain a comprehensive data set as contributors have already migrated, with their current data flowing to the new HIE platform. We will provide advance notice to all legacy users before this legacy platform is retired.

The legacy QHN and Health Current platforms were retired and are no longer available.
