The new Contexture HIE platform serving Arizona and Colorado is live! Use this page to stay updated on who is currently contributing data, helpful resources, and important announcements.

    Data Sender Update

    The past two years of Quest Data is now available for Front Range Participants.

    Data From QHN

    The portal now contains all Western Slope data from QHN Results, making the data set fully complete. Don’t forget to select the “All” date range to ensure you see all the historical data available.

    Data from Boulder Community Hospital and Centura for 2024 and 2025 is now available in the portal.

    Legacy QHN Platform

    The legacy QHN platform will remain available until 5:00 PM MST on Friday, March 6, 2026.

    Most new data is flowing directly to the new HIE platform, so we encourage you to use the new PatientCare 360 Portal for the most comprehensive data set possible. As contributors complete their transition, their data may only be in the new platform if they are unable to maintain parallel data connections. However, many organizations may still have connections to the legacy QHN system if their parallel connections continue, and you will continue receiving their data as you have previously, through QHN Results, Notifications, or Results Delivery, until Friday at 5:00 PM MST.

Legacy HIE System Access

The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all remaining historical data has been fully processed and made available in the new platform. However, please note that this system will not contain a comprehensive data set as contributors have already migrated, with their current data flowing to the new HIE platform. We will provide advance notice to all legacy users before this legacy platform is retired.
