Historical Data Update – CORHIO Colorado Front Range

Historical CORHIO data from January 1, 2020 to present is now available in the new PatientCare 360 Portal. Exception: please note that historical data from UCHealth and Quest are still processing; historical data from UCHealth is currently available from 1/1/2024 and Quest from 1/1/2023 onward.

The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all historical data has been fully migrated to the new HIE platform. We will provide advance notice via email to all active legacy CORHIO users prior to the retirement of the legacy platform.

Historical Data Update – CORHIO Colorado Front Range

New data from contributing organizations is flowing into the new Contexture HIE platform and is fully accessible through the new Portal.

Historical CORHIO data from January 1, 2022 to present is now available in the new PatientCare 360 Portal. Exception: please note that data from UCHealth is currently available from January 1, 2024 onward.

As planned, historical CORHIO data dating back to January 1, 2020 will be added once data backload processing is complete. The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all historical data has been fully migrated to the new HIE platform.

We will provide advance notice via email to all active legacy CORHIO users prior to the retirement of the legacy platform.

The portal now contains all Western Slope data from QHN Results, making the data set fully complete. Don’t forget to select the “All” date range to ensure you see all the historical data available.

Legacy QHN Platform

The legacy QHN platform will remain available until 5:00 PM MST on Friday, March 6, 2026.

Most new data is flowing directly to the new HIE platform, so we encourage you to use the new PatientCare 360 Portal for the most comprehensive data set possible. As contributors complete their transition, their data may only be in the new platform if they are unable to maintain parallel data connections. However, many organizations may still have connections to the legacy QHN system if their parallel connections continue, and you will continue receiving their data as you have previously, through QHN Results, Notifications, or Results Delivery, until Friday at 5:00 PM MST.

Historical Data Update – Colorado Front Range

Historical CORHIO data back to January 1, 2020 will be available once our data backload processing is complete. The legacy CORHIO portal will remain available until all historical data is backloaded into the new HIE platform. We will provide advance notice to all legacy CORHIO users before this platform is retired.

We expect the remaining data from January 1, 2026 onward to be processed very shortly and will provide another update once that work is finished.

Historical Data Available: Arizona

Historical patient data from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2025 from participating organizations is available in the Contexture HIE platform and accessible from the Portal.

We expect the remaining data from January 1, 2026 onward to be processed very shortly and will provide another update once that work is finished. 

Exception: historical data processing from Sonora Quest remains underway at this time. We will continue to provide updates as data from this organization becomes fully available.

New Login Credentials

On February 9, 2026, new login credentials are being sent to PatientCare 360 Portal users. Credentials are emailed from:

universe.no-reply@healthcatalyst.net

If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folders and whitelist this email address to ensure you receive this important information, including password reset emails.

If you need access to the new system, please ask your organization’s administrator to submit a new user request on your behalf.

Single Sign-on Configurations

Please be aware that if your organization utilizes a Single Sign-on (SSO) to access the HIE portal, your SSO may not be configured immediately on February 9, 2026. Organizations whose SSO has not been fully migrated to the new PatientCare 360 Portal, your SSO will direct you to your legacy HIE portal. In this scenario, please log in to the new portal using the regular login page FOUND HERE until your SSO is enabled. 

Historic Data Availability

The new HIE will include all data from 2020 onward; however, historical data processing remains underway and will likely continue for the next several weeks. More data will become available every day. 

Data Senders

There are currently data senders in implementation and will be live as soon as possible. A current list of data senders can be found on our HIE Participant Network page. If a specific organization is not found in the list, they are not contributing data to the HIE yet.
