The Contexture Health Information Technology (HIT) Excellence Awards are presented every year at Contexture’s Annual Summit. The two awards — HIT Organization Excellence Award and HIT Leader Excellence Award — are recognitions of achievement for an organization and individual leader, respectively, that are based in Arizona and demonstrate impactful and/or innovative uses of health information technology to achieve the Quadruple Aim of better outcomes, lower costs, and improving both the patient/client and provider experience. Recipients of these awards exemplify Contexture’s mission of advancing individual and community health and wellness through the delivery of actionable information and analysis.

Judging Committee
The independent judging committee will screen all nomination applications received by the deadline and determine whether each nominee has met the eligibility requirements and criteria for innovative and interoperable uses of health information technology. The committee will then score each eligible nominee according to category criteria and select the awardees.
