Mecia Pitton is a registered nurse with over nine years of dedicated experience in the healthcare sector, beginning her career as a bedside nurse in cardiac care and labor and delivery. This foundational experience allowed her to develop a strong clinical skill set and a deep understanding of patient needs during critical moments. 

She later transitioned into roles focused on prior authorizations, where she navigated complex insurance requirements to ensure timely access to essential treatments. This experience sharpened her attention to detail and enhanced her ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 

Currently, she is leveraging her nursing background in clinical quality improvement, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Her passion for improving clinical processes drives her commitment to implementing evidence-based practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, she strives to create innovative solutions that elevate the standard of care and enhance patient experiences.
