Jackie Sievers currently serves as the Interim Chief Growth Officer at Contexture, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing strategic initiatives and expanding the organization’s impact. Previously, Jackie was the Vice President of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and Government Affairs at Contexture, leading innovative programs and technologies aimed at improving care quality across Colorado and Wyoming.
She was instrumental in the launch of the Community Resource Network (CRN) in 2020 and has been a driving force behind its continued growth and success. Under her leadership, CRN was featured in the ONC SDOH Toolkit and earned second place in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation SDOH Innovation Challenge. Jackie has shared her expertise at national forums including Civitas Networks for Health, the San Diego 211 CIE Summit, and Alaska’s HIE Summit.
With more than 20 years of experience in human services operations, quality assurance, and informatics, Jackie is a passionate advocate for the secure exchange of whole-person health data. Her background as a former end-user informs her approach to optimizing workflows and enhancing care coordination.
Prior to joining Contexture, Jackie served as Chief Operating Officer at Quality Health Network, where she oversaw the Social Health Information Exchange and the CRN initiative.
Jackie is deeply committed to empowering community leaders with the tools and processes they need to streamline efforts, foster collaboration, and improve community health through secure and effective data sharing.
