Hospital Transformation Program

The Hospital Transformation Program aims to improve the quality of hospital care provided to Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) members by tying provider fee-funded hospital payments to quality-based initiatives.

Contexture is currently evaluating the HTP program in detail to determine new services to assist hospitals with program measures. In addition, we’re working with Regional Accountable Entities to send notifications to them directly.
