Every Child Pediatrics (ECP) formerly, Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics, is a nonprofit organization that provides healthcare to more than 24,000 children in schools, hospitals, clinics and mobile units across Colorado. The clinics provide comprehensive care including medical, dental, behavioral health counseling and healthy lifestyle programs. ECP’s commitment to high-quality care is demonstrated through a variety of initiatives, including the use of electronic medical records and health information exchange, which help enhance clinical decision-making and care coordination.

ECP has participated in the Contexture HIE network since 2014. The clinics receive lab results, hospitalization reports, newborn screening results from the state health department, and other HIE data into their GE electronic health record (EHR). They also use the PatientCare 360® portal to access information on new patients.

ECP providers and staff go above and beyond for the children and families they serve. As an example, for the children and families who are experiencing financial hardship and food
insecurity, the clinics provide nutritious food bags. More than 11,000 children have received bags since the program began. ECP gives food bags to thousands of families every year. The clinics also partner with the Reach Out and Read program. Through the program, the clinics help young children prepare for success in school by including a discussion about books and the importance of reading during each Well Child visit and providing books to take home. The clinics give out about 9,000 books each year!

ECP is an amazing organization, providing care to children regardless of ability to pay. Contexture is honored to be working with the clinics and helping their patients get the best possible care!
