To better serve participants and communities across Arizona and Colorado, Contexture has established two new senior leadership positions: Senior Vice President, Arizona and Senior Vice President, Colorado.
As Contexture continues to grow, these roles will provide dedicated leadership focused on each state’s unique healthcare priorities, helping align Contexture’s solutions, partnerships, and programs with local needs.
The Senior Vice Presidents will serve as senior leaders for their respective states, guiding strategy, stakeholder engagement, business development, government affairs, and key initiatives. They will also help strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, payers, government agencies, community organizations, and other partners to support improved care and better health outcomes.
Meet Cathy
Cathy Story has been appointed Senior Vice President, Colorado.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Cathy brings extensive expertise in operations, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, she led Contexture’s CollaboRise initiative, helping businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations work together to address whole-person health needs.
In her new role, Cathy will provide leadership for Contexture’s Colorado strategy, partnerships, programs, and business operations.
Meet Ty
Ty Rosensteel has been appointed Senior Vice President, Arizona.
A respected healthcare leader, Ty has extensive experience leading data-driven initiatives across healthcare, public health, housing, and human services. His work has included leadership of Arizona’s Housing & Health Opportunities (H2O) Medicaid demonstration, the DWEL data warehouse, and the 2-1-1 Social Determinants of Health resource network.
Recently recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree, Ty is known for building partnerships and advancing innovative approaches that improve care coordination and population health.
As Senior Vice President, Arizona, Ty will provide leadership for Arizona’s statewide priorities, strategic partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
