Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) Notification
A participant receiving ADT Notifications will receive timely alerts regarding admission, discharge, and transfer events for members on their member file. Participants can be notified in real-time directly into the participant's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly. This ensures that participants are promptly informed about significant patient events, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of patient management and care.

Laboratory Notification
A participant receiving Laboratory Notifications will receive timely alerts regarding all lab results for members on their member file. Participants can be notified in real-time directly into the patient's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly. This ensures that participants are informed about clinical results, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of patient management and care.

Pathology Notification
A participant receiving Pathology Notifications will receive timely alerts regarding new pathology reports for members on their member file. Participants can be notified in real-time directly into the participant's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly. This ensures that participants are informed about new information quickly, enhancing patient management and care.

Transcription Notification
A participant receiving Transcription Notifications will receive timely alerts regarding new patient notes for members on their member file. Participants can be notified in real-time directly into the participant's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly.

Radiology Notification
A participant receiving Radiology Notifications will receive timely alerts with new radiology reports and other clinical results for members on their member file. Participants can be notified in real-time directly into the participant's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly.

Mental Health Discharge Notification (formerly Mental Illness Hospitalization Alerts)
Participants receiving Mental Health Discharge Notifications will receive scheduled reports when a member from their member file is admitted, discharged or transferred from an approved level-1 psychiatric hospital. These facilities are not included in Contexture's ADT Notification solution. Participants may choose to have their flat file delivered multiple times a day, daily or weekly. These Notifications help healthcare providers with rapid coordination of care, such as discharge planning assistance, once admitted to a psychiatric hospital. This is a key factor in reducing inpatient lengths of stay and supporting seamless transitions, medication continuity and stability in community settings post-discharge.

COVID-19 Notification
Participants receiving COVID-19 Notifications receive timely updates when a member on their member file has new COVID lab results (positive or negative). Participants may be notified in real-time directly into the participant's system or via a flat file delivered daily or weekly.

Participant Responsibilities:

Member File/Patient Panel upload:
- Participant contact must upload a member file that meets requirements at minimum once every 30 days.
If receiving Notifications via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP):
- Participant is responsible for accessing, downloading and removing reports from SFTP.
If receiving Notifications via Direct Secure Messaging (DSM):
- Participant is responsible for obtaining DSM from Contexture through MedAllies or providing Contexture with their own DSM email address.
If receiving Notifications via Virtual Private Network (VPN):
- Participant is responsible for providing Contexture with their IT contact who will work with Contexture's IT team on building and testing the VPN tunnel.
